- Weed Spotter training in September,
- Art Exhibition “Around the Edge with FOGL” in conjunction with East Gippsland Art Gallery and local artists; site-specific and gallery works across a range of mediums that relate and respond to various site visits with artists, the public and Guest Speakers,
- continued organizational assistance and on-ground works for the Metung Bushland Reserve project,
- planting on the Silt Jetties and elsewhere,
- ‘open day’ on Boole Poole; guided walks,
- spotlight walk at Nyerimilang Park,

- leading role in organising Habitat Network East Gippsland’s Community Forum “Gippsland Lakes – Managing Change” (which has resulted in community representation on the Gippsland Lakes Catchment Task Force),

- representations to local Political Leaders, letters of support for other Groups’ causes,
- submissions to;
